Species profiles, park details, and sighting data are compiled from public and curated sources for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but do not guarantee its completeness, and it is not a substitute for official forest department or park authority information. Sighting data reflects historical patterns and does not guarantee you will see a particular animal on any given visit.

Third-Party Booking Portals

Wild Atlas may link to official third-party booking portals for safaris and park entry. We do not process bookings or payments on these third parties' behalf and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or the outcome of any transaction made through them.

Intellectual Property

The Wild Atlas name, logo, design, and original content — including species profiles, park guides, and compiled sighting data — are owned by Wild Atlas unless otherwise attributed, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, redistribute, or create a derivative database from this content, and you may not use it to train or fine-tune any machine learning or AI model, without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, including through unauthorized scraping, crawling, or data mining; automated access that disrupts the service; or attempts to access data you are not authorized to access. We reserve the right to block traffic and pursue legal remedies against any violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wild Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
